Happy New Year to you all! AAAE is excited to announce that it will be at the Texas Community College Teachers Association's annual convention. It will be held in Dallas, TX. As part of the American Association of Adjunct Education track, AAAE will be hosting a session on February 20th at 2:30 pm. Come and join us as we discuss "Essential Elements for Adjunct Faculty."

AAAE is pleased to announce that the deadline has been extended for the acceptance of proposals until September 1st. The American Association of Adjunct Education is pleased to announce that it is partnering with CollegeTutorOnline.com. This partnership will allow adjunct faculty to work with CollegeTutorOnline.com as tutors for students at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. Tutors of all subject areas are needed. Here is more about the opportunity:
CollegeTutorOnline.com, an online tutoring company, is now accepting applications from college adjuncts in all subject areas to provide live online tutoring for colleges and universities across the U.S. at the undergraduate and graduate level. To apply, go to CollegeTutorOnline.com and click on JOIN NOW within the BECOME AN ONLINE TUTOR box. Academic transcripts for each degree you hold must be uploaded in order for your application to be considered. AAAE's 2014 call for proposals has been issued. We encourage you to submit proposals for our conference. We look forward to seeing you this November!
AAAE's 2nd annual conference is taking place this weekend. If you have not done so there is still time to register. Our conference will feature a variety of workshops, roundtables and the addition of a panel discussion. There will be a special reveal during the lunch general session. The dinner general session will feature the naming of our 2013 Adjunct of the Year. You don't want to miss it!
