The Mission
The American Association of Adjunct Education is an organization which seeks to provide professional development with an emphasis towards adjunct / part-time college faculty. Though we target adjunct / part-time college faculty our events are open to all educational personnel. Our programs are very relevant to educators at both the K-12 and post-secondary levels.
Our team consists of those who have experience working in a variety of educational settings including: higher education, the primary and secondary levels, speech-language pathology and audiology, educational consulting and substitute teaching.

The Concept
The idea for this organization came about via a conversation pertaining to the training of adjunct / part-time college faculty. As educators in a variety of settings we understand the importance of professional development, and the commitment to lifelong learning.
